At Kornax we are committed to selling you the highest quality natural products for your personal wellness research. We purchase the most natural products possible, without genetically engineered ingredients. The companies we purchase from are all USA based. However, we don’t know all the sources from which our vendors acquire their products.

We do not manufacture products. We distribute products from the following vendors: Ambrosia Technology (Ormus Minerals), Elemental Research (Angstrom Minerals), Nature’s System (Dr. Christopher’s Original Formulas), Kroeger Herbs, Pain & Stress Center, Rich Distributing, Vision Inc. (E3 Live), and Water Oz. In addition we offer the books, some of which we have published through Kornax Enterprises.

We are not Medical Physicians. We do not offer medical advice on what products to use for particular healing challenges. We refer our customers to the information we have available on our web site, which offers more than 1000 pages of information.

Please remember that we are your discount retail store, and while you can purchase products directly from the vendor, you will pay more for your products. When you order from us, the amount of product discount you receive will often more than make up for the cost of shipping. Please understand that we do have to charge shipping, since we ship to customers all over the world. We could not offer free shipping, and then have to ship products to Europe or Australia free of shipping charge, at a loss to us. Only Vision, Inc. (E3), does not permit us to sell their products at a discount, so these products can be shipped at no shipping charge within the U.S.

Return Policy

We will accept any UNOPENED product if for some reason you don't want it, if it is returned to us in a condition where we can re-sell it. Also the product must be returned to us no later than 30 day after purchase. Vision, Inc. (E3 products) has a one-year money-back guarantee on their products. You will have to pay the shipping costs to return the product to Kornax and we will refund the full price of the product. We can't sell books if the corners or covers have been damaged. We also won't accept returns on the probiotics (intestinal flora - "friendly bacteria".) We will not refund shipping costs on any order, if you have placed your order on the kornax.com web site, and decide you want to cancel your order, please phone or e-mail us immediately. If we are not able to void the transaction by midnight Mountain Standard Time the same day the order was placed we will refund your Credit Card for the total cost of your order.

If the items you ordered have not arrived, some of the items are missing or damaged please Print Out This Claim Form and fax / mail it into us. This way we we can get all the information we need and can get the issue addressed as quickly as possible.

Shipping

By submitting an order through the kornax.com website you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document. Shipping charges cannot be listed on the web site pages because they are calculated on an individual basis during the checkout process based on weight and zip code (or country). If you select your products and go through the beginning of the checkout process, you will be given the shipping charge before you need to enter your credit card information. You can then decide to cancel your order, mail us a Money Order, or proceed to complete your order online. We offer most shipping methods available through UPS and USPS. We are not able to work with Fed Ex because they will not come to our rural location to pick up packages. Our liquid minerals may freeze during shipping. This does not affect the quality of the product. Just let it thaw, and then it can be used.

We have a high order volume, and do our best to get orders shipped out in an expedient manner. On rare occasions an item may be temporarily out of stock, which can delay shipping. If an item is on back order we will contact you to make shipping arrangements with you. Otherwise, orders placed Sunday are shipped on Tuesday, and orders placed on all other days, on the following business day. Orders placed Monday through Thursday get processed and shipped within 36 hours, orders placed on Friday through Saturday are shipped on Monday, and orders placed Sunday through Monday are shipped on Tuesday.

Foreign Orders

When you order from us in the US, we ask that you keep updated as to any supplement(s) which may not be allowed through your local customs. Unfortunately when customs returns an item to us we have to pay a rather large fee to collect the items back. We place the responsibility on the recipient as we would have to charge the recipient for any errors of this type.

By submitting an order to us you would be accepting this condition of ordering through Kornax Enterprises L.L.C..  It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure whether or not they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us because of the following.


1. You did not have the permission to import such supplements

2.
Such supplements were banned in your country.

3.
We will give you a refund on the products (if returned in a resalable condition) but we will not refund shipping. Occasionally we will have to pay extra shipping charges to have a product returned to us from a foreign country. If so, we will charge you accordingly.

If you do inadvertently order these products we will contact you via email first, then remove then from your order credit you the difference and ship the remaining products; if applicable.

How to Get the Fastest, Most Efficient Service


You will get the fastest service by placing your order on the web site. Remember to carefully edit your customer information as well as your order before you end your shopping experience! Check that the products you ordered show in your basket accurately. If you wish to change an item, go to “basket contents”, then click on “update” to increase or decrease the quantity, one item at a time. Then, you must wait until you see the change on your screen before proceeding to checkout. Otherwise, your change won’t stay.

Please double-check your address AND your zip code. If you give us an incorrect address, or the name of the city (town) you gave, which does not match the UPS shipping information in the UPS software, we will have to pass along the $5 UPS charge, which we get charged by UPS, to change your address. Remember to give us a physical street mailing address for UPS, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Because of our increased volume of orders, all phone orders are shipped the following business day after you give us your order unless you request next day or second day air. If you require speedy delivery, please phone (877) 328-1744 before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time - Same as California time.

Many times all of our phone lines are tied up assisting customers. So, messages go to voice mail. We have a policy of checking our voice mail every several hours. However, on unusually busy days when we spend nearly the whole day on the phone, sometimes we won't receive your voice mail until the next day. We don't check our voice mail over the weekend.

If you have a question about the products, we are happy to help you as much as possible. We ask, before you phone us, that you check the home page web site, which we provided earlier in this notice, before you phone us. We are an Internet business. The reason we can offer the discounts we do is that we have a minimal employee staff. As we have to increase our staff to work with each customer one-on-one over the phone, we will have to increase our prices to pay for this expense. We strive to keep the phone lines open for all customers. Therefore, we do our best to limit all calls to 5 minutes.

Customer Expectations


Occasionally we will receive a phone call from a customer stating that what they expected from a particular product wasn’t what they experienced. Sometimes these customers ask for a refund on that product. Aside from the Vision Company who offers a “no-questions asked” policy of refund, the other products do not come with a satisfaction guarantee on opened products. If the product was damaged, we will re-ship you the same product. However, as natural healing is not an exact science, we recommend that you do research on a particular area of concern within yourself. If the product you purchase from us helps you, we are thrilled. If it doesn’t fulfill your expectations on a healing outcome, we are not able to give you a refund.
