I have once again relocated my business and myself. This time I am drawn back to Colorado, to a place where I have always wanted to live . . . Boulder. I suppose this gives me the message that since I am following the desire of heart and soul, I am becoming bolder! My time in New Mexico was very special for some very deep healing on personal levels and I am very grateful for that sojourn.


EMBRACED BY THE ESSENCE SEMINARS

My seminars are a hands-on, in-person version of my book. (NOTE: I am not an “official” Young Living teacher. I teach my seminars and write my newsletters from my own experience as a physician and lover of essential oils.) I will go through the 12 body systems exploring ways to detoxify and rebuild each system with appropriate essential oil and supplement suggestions. We will explore degenerative disease - how it manifests and how to reverse the process. We will discuss trauma and first aid procedures as well as emotional healing. I will teach you how to design a personal wellness program. Each person will have a chance to have hands-on experiences to facilitate confidence and comfort in the use of the application of essential oils.

PERSONAL HGH RELEASER EXPERIENCES

About 45 days ago I began using UltraYoung. I am quite amazed at the differences I'm noticing in my health. I am sleeping much more deeply, my skin tone has tightened and I am having some very powerful core-level healing in my brain.

I was diagnosed with clinical depression in 1991 and my physician prescribed Prozac and Xanax, which I took. After 18 months of taking Dr. Christopher's nervine formulas and various formulas from Hanna Kroeger, I got off Prozac. However, I was unable to get off Xanax until I began to use Peace and Calming. It took me approximately 6 months of use and then I was totally free of all prescription drugs. That was in the fall of 1995.

About 10 days after I began taking Ultra Young, I experienced a very severe depression like I used to feel when I was on Prozac. I was driving through some of the most beautiful country in Colorado looking for my new home, and all I could do was cry. This was an extremely debilitating experience for me because I hadn't felt this severe depression for about 6 years.

Fortunately I had a bottle of AuraLite along in the car and I used some of this, which helped immensely! I had bought a bottle of this product when it came out, and used it a few times. However, I hadn't been seriously depressed, so I didn't use it. About an hour after my first dose of AuraLite, my depression began to lift. I used AuraLite 3-4 times that day to help me get through the day.


RETRACING AS A FACTOR IN HEALING

I feel the HGH releasers were causing some retracing of the chemical imbalances that generated the clinical depression and my body needed to go back through those pathways to bring me to a state of total wellness in this area. In retracing, one will experience a brief, oftentimes very intense experience of the original malady before the final healing takes place.

The next day, I didn't feel at all depressed. Instead, I had so much anger, rage and anxiety that I could barely tolerate the slightest noise or disturbance. It was exactly how I felt when I took Prozac, and didn't take any Xanax. On this second day, I went through retracing of the Xanax! I used Peace and Calming, Dream Catcher, Lavender, Chamomile, Brain Power and a few other oils, as guided by my intuition, to help me get through that experience. In two days, my body healed from the residues of those two drugs I was taking.

For about 2 weeks after this, I had terribly itchy eyes and a very watery discharge from my nose with intense bouts of sneezing. This puzzled me because I've not had allergies on a consistent basis. I have only had 1-2 days a year, not even on all years where this happened and it was only because my liver was detoxified. Once I went on a liver cleanse, these symptoms disappeared. I don't know why they manifested during this healing, however I honor that it is something my body needed to do.

Because HGH stimulates the pituitary and pineal glands, I feel that for me, it is helping to re-establish proper hormonal functions in my whole body. The pituitary gland is often called the master gland of the body, because of the regulation of other endocrine glands. HGH also helps in hypothalamus function, which is another gland in the brain that acts as a communications relay center.

While there are many other HGH releasers and stimulators on the market, I personally feel Young Living product to be superior because it has essential oils that also help the brain and work with the HGH releasers to make them more effective. UltraYoung is in the new oral spray form, which means it is 90% more effective in its bioavailability than other supplements.

When telling a friend about UltraYoung, I shared this story with her. It was my intention to point out the retracing that happened in me, which I perceive as a sign that very deep healing is taking place. She said, “Well, if it is going to make me depressed, I don't want to take it!” I said, “No, I shared that story about my experiences to show you how powerful this product is.. When each person takes this product, it will bring about the healing that each person needs. Not everyone has had severe clinical depression like I did. Now I feel wonderful!

“THESE REMEDIES MAKE ME SICK!”

I tell this personal story to illustrate what the body goes through in the process of detoxification and rebuilding. This is one of the most important things to understand in engaging in natural healing procedures. When we take natural remedies, we don't know what the results will be. It may at first appear that the body is getting worse. Many people in my situation may have felt that the UltraYoung was causing them to feel depressed and anxious. Many people would have thrown the tube in the trash exclaiming that it was “bad” for them.


PERSISTENCE IS THE KEY TO WELLNESS

I get many phone calls and letters with just such stories when people use products which cause cleansing responses that people often mistake as making them worse. This is especially true when one has not done much detoxification. Normal detoxification responses include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, acne and also strong emotions. Some people have thrown the supplements in the trash because of these responses, not realizing that this is the body's way of cleaning house.

It is NEVER the case that the remedies caused the reactions in and of themselves! They simply stimulate the clearing out of what was already in the body. It may take a person several years of using The Cleansing Trio, JuvaTone and Royaldophilus to rebuild the digestive system. Dr. Ronald Klatz reports in the book “Grow Young with HGH,” that it takes at least 90 days and up to 6 months before results can begin to be noticed when using HGH. So, remember that persistence is the key to wellness. Don't give up too soon!

MORE ON HGH

The following information is paraphrased out of the book “Grow Young with HGH,” by Dr. Ronald Klatz. A group of 202 patients were asked to report their experiences using HGH. The following list contains the most common positive findings of this group:

Improvements in muscle strength, size, exercise tolerance, body fat loss, skin texture thickness and elasticity. There was a decrease in wrinkles and an increase in new hair growth in areas where it was previously bald. Hair was also reported to be thicker and in some cases to return to its natural color. Healing of old and new wounds was more rapid and overall immune system was stimulated. Dr. Klatz stated that while HGH didn't cure AIDS, it did help in some cases with some of the AIDS-related factors. More research is needed. HGH caused regulation of the menstrual cycle, caused a decrease in hot flashes and eased menopausal symptoms for both men and women. It helped increase bone density, thus preventing or reversing osteoporosis.

Other participants who used HGH had increased sexual libido, frequency and satisfaction. Men experienced greater penile erection, and decrease in impotence. It was interesting that Dr. Klatz explained many cases of impotence were caused from atherosclerosis of the penile arteries, and therefore that impotence was an early warning signal of much greater internal body damage. One of the side effects of drugs that lower cholesterol is that they can cause impotence. One of the benefits reported in HGH usage is that it lowered total cholesterol, as well as changing the ratios of HDL to LDL lipids. HGH helped prevent and reverse cell death in cases of heart attacks and strokes.

One of the most exciting effects of the use of HGH is that it has helped in neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, Lou Gehrig's, Alzheimer's, MS, Lupus and other autoimmune disorders. HGH helped in cases of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as well as boosting overall energy levels, improved emotional health, reduced stress and improved people's attitude towards life and improved memory.

JOURNEY INTO WELLNESS

I apologize for being out of contact with you for so long concerning my essential oils book. I had rumors of legal problems and it took me a period of time to iron out the problems. I have finally found a way to reprint my “Embraced by the Essence!” book. Because it is published by a third party company, it can legally have the real names of the supplements and oil blends rather than to have to be coded, as the other book was. To do this, I had to rename the book so it is now called “Journey Into Wellness!”

This book has all the newest products excluding the new personal care products. I felt the book was big enough as it was, and didn't want to take space to discuss these products.

This summer, while I was waiting to determine my course of action in reprinting my Embraced book, I wrote a new book with William Shaffer. When I began to work with William, I wanted a way to reach out to more people with the information he shared with me, so we put it together in this book.
