Silver Water Supplements
Silver has been used for ages to treat infectious diseases. During the middle of last century, after the discovery of penicillin and later other antibiotics, silver fell out of fashion in the medical community. But during recent decades, the use of silver water for the treatment of infectious disease has experienced a renaissance.
Antibacterial silver has been found effective against most disease causing fungi, bacteria, blood parasites and many viruses. One known method by which it does this is by penetrating the cell wall of germs and interfering with its production of an enzyme needed for oxygen assimilation in anaerobic bacteria, with the result that the bacteria suffocates. (Most friendly bacteria are aerobic, and are not harmed by the presence of silver.)
Silver water can be used internally or externally, both with great benefit. If taken internally, it will spread and have an effect throughout the body. There are even claims that it can help with certain mental imbalances and headaches. The precise mechanism of how such conditions are affected by the use of silver is not known.
Externally, silver water can be used on wounds, acne, boils, skin infections, nail fungus, athlete's foot, and on and on. For external use, it is most conveniently used in the form of a spray. Though we caution that silver may cause dark stains that may be difficult to remove from clothing, countertops, etc. In other words, use in a safe environment. (Tip: Try freshly squeezed lemon juice to remove silver stains.)
Warning: Copious use of Silver may lead to a condition known as Argyria, a graying coloration of the skin. If this should occur, we recommend drinking large quantities of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
