We pride ourselves in providing superior customer service, and can best achieve this goal when customer can contact us and we can contact them. All Domestic orders over $50.00 USD will be sent via UPS, so as to be insured in case of loss or damage.
If the items you ordered have not arrived, or some of the items are missing or damaged please print out this Claim Form and fax it mail it or email it into us. This way we we can get all the information we need and can get the issue addressed as quickly as possible.
